I just started my first lesson ! Its easy to use and simple to follow ! My abs are burning but its for the best...

So I havent worked my abbs out in years, after highschool i got lazy and stoped working out. 8 yrs later I want my no flex 6 pack back, so Ive been using the get ripped work out on the app for a week now and let me tell you im getting a tight core. this app is a must have!!
Its a really really good app, but you shouldnt be able to edit the workouts. If its a workout then you do it as it is. Also you should add more food cuz Im trying to plan out a breakfast lunch dinner and snack kinda thing so I need more food pretty please and thank you.  
Awesome app loved it a lot I hope they get more new exercise and it always be great One more thing (request) that there should be an option of any exercise you want dont have to go to other sections But loved it And if it asks u to write then just write me(yourself) abd send lol and get them

The app closes unexpectedly and o can no longer use it. I love this app, please fix this bug. Thanx!
Lame app. my PT is so much better. ive been working out for a long time and it hasnt given me anything new to try. maybe its good just for begginers.
Really stripped down abs workout apps. Google abs workout for a more effective training. Food section: serious user would already know what an apple is...
I press the play button and I turned up the volume button but Im not getting any sound with the App. Anyone else having sound issues?
The amount of workouts on this app ate way too limited, and it should have the ability to let you add your own workouts. This app is not bad (ok, maybe it is), its just that the workouts included in the free app are too well known. Not worth downloading
Its a breat app but they need to fix things. Like its malfunctioning! Please fix
